Log message:
Nasty hack to attempt to look at nautilus last for the active
application.  The problem is that if an icon on the desktop is
selected, nautilus flags the active state of the desktop.  This
state (I think), is the only way to tell which application is
active.  So...we attempt to look at other windows first and
resort to nautilus last.  The hack here is that we put the app
list in reverse order of the way we found the apps, with the
hope that nautilus will be at the end of the app list.
