* glom/base_db.cc: build_report_fields(): For numeric fields
create a <field_numeric> instead of <field> node.
* xslt/print_report_to_html.xsl: Handle <field_numeric>, like
<field>, but with align=right in the HTML <td>. Hopefully there is
a better way to do this.
