Moved get_layout_item_table_name() here from
box_data. Added fill_full_field_details().
* glom/document/document_glom.cc:
update_cached_relationships(): Fill in the
relationships in the report layouts too.
Also call this at the start of save_before(),
to ensure that relationships are always up to
date.
* glom/frame_glom.cc: on_menu_report_selected():
Do a GROUP BY sql SELECT and then a WHERE sql
SELECT for each value, creating nodes for each
value.
* xslt/print_report_to_html.xsl: Show field
headings, and group-by details.
