* gnopi/magui.c:
Signals from the "Magnifier Settings" dialog were removed.
This dialog was made "not instant apply".
The old signal callbacks were renamed to be more explicit.
* gnopi/gnopi_files/Magnifier_Settings/magnifier_settings.glade2:
The singals that made controls on this window "instant apply"
were removed.
* README:
Updated, mantioning that the "Magnifier Settings" dialog
is not instant apply.
