Log message:
Change the generic iopriority code to be implemented in a specific way, since
it was only ever used that one way. No longer warn about not being able to
set the iopriority class to idle, since you can't do that as non-root
anyway. Nice the helper process when it starts up, since indexing certain
files can take a while and we don't want to affect running desktop apps. Add
support for the new heap-shot profiler to the scripts
