* protocols/telepathy/gossip-telepathy-chan-text.[ch]: Added a
timeout for the lifetime of a text channel.
* protocols/telepathy/gossip-telepathy.c: Renamed the private
"channels" property to "text_channels" since we are not interested
in caching any other kinds of channels in the meantime. The roster
related channels should have their own field.
