Several changes:
- ctrl-f now shows the tag find bar
- ctrl-shift-f or / now shows the tag entry find bar
- use of the tag find bar and the entry bar are mutually exclusive. using one
hides the other
- Changed Find menu's By Tag item to just show the tag find bar, not have the
crazy find menu
