* dogtail/tree.py: Make SearchError a proper Exception subclass.
* dogtail/procedural.py: Prepare module for support for accepting
regular expressions as 'name' arguments. Use the IsAnApplicationNamed predicate
in FocusApplication. Remove unused 'description' arguments.
* dogtail/i18n.py: Add regular expression support to
TranslatableString.matchedBy(). This means that any 'name' argument supports
regular expression matching, by virtue of the fact that all Predicate
subclasses uses TranslatableString.matchedBy() for 'name' arguments.
