* xpath.c: Optimization of count(): eliminated sorting
(see bug #165547 [http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=165547]).
Optimization of XPATH_OP_FILTER if the
predicate is a [1] (disable with XP_OPTIMIZED_FILTER_FIRST if
it produces trouble). Tiny opt in xmlXPathNodeSetMerge().
