This is exactly the main objection to adding this as-is.  The pkg_*
tools should be independent of having a ports tree on the system.

Having a better presentation than 'make search' and 'make quicksearch'
currently can provide, may be nice but can be provided from the ports
tree.  Adding a package search tools would be nice as well, but the
current implementation does not provide that.
