I originally thought "boy, this is a funny sentence". Then I considered asking Daniel to reword it, to make it less confusing. I'm still in support of this. Let us find a way to phrase this, which is less ambiguous regarding plural vs. singular, commit it and be done, alright? We have spend too much time on a sentence which looks ambiguous. My own (personal) rule for handling this sort of thing is: "If it looks odd, replace it with something not odd."
