Remove the link to Darwin/OpenDarwin:
- OpenDarwin has been closed down in 2006.
- Apple has stopped providing binary install images for Darwin.
- PureDarwin (which tried to follow up on OpenDarwin) has not been udpated in
the last 15 months either.
