It's off by default in osg, osg-devel and mapserver as well, but we
still need a bump for people who build them WITH_GDAL.

And since defaults were not changed there is no need to do it here.
That's my understanding as well. We need to try and keep the number of
times users have to rebuild things for no reason down to a minimum.
I disagree. You guys are going to leave some users with broke libraries or
apps in their system. No matter if the option is disable by default, you
have to bump the ports. Also you must remember about that FreeBSD isn't
only build packages in the world. There are a lot of package builders out
there with tweaked options.
