this is incorrect.  It's available on
ftp://lsof.itap.purdue.edu/pub/tools/unix/lsof/NEW/lsof_4.82C.freebsd.tar.bz
2 and I
put it on my mirror http://www.lerctr.org/lsof/ (I forgot to do the latter
when I submitted the port).
