You still need to remove them if the user changed nothing in the .conf
files. The package is broken as it is now:

====================<phase 7: make package>====================
===>  Building package for zetaback-1.0.2_1
Creating package /tmp/packages/All/zetaback-1.0.2_1.tbz
Registering depends: perl-5.8.9_1.
Creating bzip'd tar ball in '/tmp/packages/All/zetaback-1.0.2_1.tbz'
Deleting zetaback-1.0.2_1
If permanently deleting this package, /usr/local/etc/zetaback.conf and
/usr/local/etc/zetaback.conf must be removed manually
