I mean ASAP, but was not defining "possible" :)  Without this change
the igb driver cannot be used static in the kernel so I've had a couple
people say it was important that it get into 7.1, that's the main thing
I want make.

I had no intention of putting it in today or something :)  As many users
of the driver that can give this a try would be appreciated.
