With the historical tracking of the tzdata files, I know that now
and then the FreeBSD repository got out of sync with the vendor
data.

But if you look at the last six - nine months, you will see that
it's much more in sync with the vendor branch within a shorter time.

Leapseconds is one of the files from them, but due to the lack of
a SCM repository for them I can't browse through it, but then the
FreeBSD repository seems to have a lot of updates on it in it.

Honestly, not that I worry that you updated it: it will give me a
nice headsup to check for it at the next import.
