Log:
- Clarify that latest FreeBSD/ppc ISO image is 7.0-CURRENT.
- Add a note saying that grehan's and arved's packages are now outdated.
- Add a note about portsnap being the preferred way to use ports on
FreeBSD/ppc.
- Remove note about toolchain patches no longer necessary on FreeBSD/ppc.
- Fix a link in amd64.sgml.
