Do you think this will finally fix the breakage of the gentoo emulation port? The script that you run to do the initial bootstrapping attempts to call ld-linux.so (but dies do to not being allowed to exec it).

Yes, it should be fixed now at least if attempt of ld-linux.so execution is the only obstacle.
