Review: Needs Information
I wrote a little program to test this and the output may not be what you want.
I feel like this has added too many quotes and still has an uneven number of
single quotes.
file = open("output.txt","r")
fileString = file.read()
output = "'" + fileString.replace("'", "\'\"\'\"\'") + "'"
print output
Here is a small sample of the output.
