Hi! I've just updated my kernel from 10.99.10 to 10.99.10 (~ Oct 11 to Oct 20) to test the rge(4) changes, and started a bulk build, and the packages using ghc seem to wait for something and make no progress.
In one of my sandboxes there is a hs-data-array-byte build but it's not doing anything.
