I've recently noticed something very strange...

On my NetBSD-7.99.21/amd64 system, whenever I am running in single-user mode, I get the following sequence of messages on the console, repeating at roughly 55-second intervals:

        wsmouse0: detached
        ums0: detached
        uhidev2: detached
        uhidev2: at uhub3 port 6 (addr 4) disconnected
        <2-second pause>
        uhidev2 at uhub3 port 6 configuration 1 interface 0
        uhidev2: PixArt USB Optical Mouse, rev 2.00/1.00, addr 4, iclass 3/1
        ums0 at uhidev2: 3 buttons and Z dir
        wsmouse0 at ums0 mux 0

This happens if I boot single-user, or if I shut-down. I have not yet checked to see if it happens in multi-user mode but without xdm ...

Has anyone else seen anything similar?
