I think HTTPS is "reasonable level" so you need a TLS library, possibly the
native one offered by Windows itself.
The other dependencies are all there to add features and functionality maybe
you would not consider "basic level".
Like HTTP compression, HTTP/2 and HTTP/3, PSL support for cookies,
more transfer protocols etc.
