The feature window will not open yet. We need to do a patch release instead.
The triggering issue is the flaw in handling connection reuse with *BLOB
options as detailed in issue #5617:

There are a few other regressions that also will be good to get fixed before
then, but let's be a little conservative in what we merge before this release.
I'm aiming at releasing this on Wednesday July 1st, 2020.
