information:

I've used https://www.freeconferencecall.com/ a few times - it's free,
international access points.  My town (and many other entities) is using
Zoom successfully, though it has some well-publicized issues which
wouldn't seem to apply to an open meeting.  Zoom limits free group
sessions to 40 mins - subscribing for a month is ~ $20 US, which doesn't
seem outrageous.
