Curious, because that bug was previously reported in
https://github.com/curl/curl/issues/4158 and mentioned as fixed there.
Obviously something else is needed!?
The lib/vquic directory is new in this release, but it contains code that is
disabled in most builds (unless you enable the experimental HTTP/3 support).
