Possibly worth noting that we have `curlimages/base-ubuntu-trusty` (this was me trying to get intermediate docker build images working for the pipelines - see https://github.com/curl/build-images); I can't remember why I didn't try and get the `curl` organization though. I have a vague recollection that organizations didn't let you do something, but it's been so long that the actual details have faded from memory.
