Sure I would be glad to do so, but there are many hard code. And it's mainly
based on HTTP2.0 porting style, I will sort my code and try to submit when I
am free.
Even so, they could serve as a starting point to get it done "for real". SPDY
and multiplexing are both items in our roadmap[1] so I'll be happy to help get
it polished and merged!
