Try this..
p.studentredirect::after{
background-image:url('/_resources/images/circlearrow.gif');
background-position: right center;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
}
If that doesn't work, try changing the directory _resources to resources_ and
then try this css.
p.studentredirect::after{
background-image:url('/resources_/images/circlearrow.gif');
background-position: right center;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
}
