This seems to be a problem in IE7 (or IE8 in compat mode) only. The fix is to set the parent container of the menu to position relative and assign it a z-index higher than your gallery.

You also realize, I'm sure, that your drop-down menus are not going to be functional in the fashionable touch devices that everyone seems to be using these days. You can either use a scripted menu that supports touch devices (ours do and most newer jQuery implementations do, as well) or make sure your landing pages contain the links that appear in their relevant drop-down menus in the content flow. In other words, on this page:

Make sure that the content contains clear links to Bathroom Remodeling and Kitchen remodeling.
