Which browser are you using? The CSS renders in English in Firefox 3.6.11 on Ubuntu Linux.

http://www.jitterbugsnyc.com/home2.html shows up with styles applied both in Firefox and Epiphany 2.30.2 (WebKit based). (Epiphany automatically opens the CSS in my editing app. and it's OK there, too.)
