1. The W3C (CSS working group) maintains a list of all specs & modules along with their status: http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/current-work 2. Jens Meiert maintains a list of all current properties, along with links to the resp. specs: CSS Properties Index http://meiert.com/en/indices/css-properties/ If you land on a W3C spec page, you can always quickly check if it is the latest version. Got to the top of the page, and check 'Latest Version'.
