I was hoping to avoid making the change, but you may be right. I'll try your method, I'm sure it will work fine. Do you have any idea why the down arrows wouldn't display properly in IE6/7? Did you see it in IE? I know it's not "semantic", but I'd sure like to find a quick fix and leave it as it is. Spent too much time on this project already.
