Easy as pie.
Still using top and right, but with negative numbers, like:
#spot {
position: absolute;
top: -10px;
right: -50px;
}
Positive numbers put you inside the wrapper. Negatives put you outside the
wrapper, and zero is at the edge of the wrapper.
