Hi all I encounter following problem. In all good browsers (firefox, safari, opera) the site is shown identical, whereas ie6/7 does not show as I expect. The top-margin of a <div id="breadcrumb"> does not take effect. look here: http://allesneumachtdermai.wallisellerlauf.ch/
In the html file, the "breadcrumb"-div (which has a static position) is placed *after* the "menu-top"-div (which has an absolute-position). If the "menu-top"-div is placed at the end (within the body tag), the site shows correctly. is that a bug of IE or are the other browsers just tolerant enough to behave correctly? cheers! -Peter ______________________________________________________________________ css-discuss [[email protected]] http://www.css-discuss.org/mailman/listinfo/css-d List wiki/FAQ -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/ List policies -- http://css-discuss.org/policies.html Supported by evolt.org -- http://www.evolt.org/help_support_evolt/
