This:

margin-top:-10px; /* <!------ */
}
pulls the h2 upwards inside the margin box. That is the correct
behaviour (margin-collapsing). IE 6 & 7 are prevented from doing this
due to the hasLayout triggers on the parent box (#sidebar1).
