You haven't specified a media for your nd.css style sheet so browser
default to specifying this as media="all". I bet if you change this:
<link rel="stylesheet"
type="text/css"
href="nd.css" />
to this:
<link rel="stylesheet"
type="text/css"
media="screen,projection"
href="nd.css" />
...you'll find your print styles much easier to manage.
