I'm sorry, but  I don't know how to use IE Developer Toolbar, or even  
what that is. I'm trying to
design this on a Mac using Dreamweaver CS3 (although I'm trying to  
hand-code the whole thing).
This is my first ever web page using CSS and I'm really confused  
right now. I tried removing the margins and
zeroing out the padding on the UL like you said in DW, and then when  
I uploaded it to my server and checked
it, it looked okay in everything but IE7. I don't know where to go  
from here.
