I'm sorry, but I don't know how to use IE Developer Toolbar, or even what that is. I'm trying to design this on a Mac using Dreamweaver CS3 (although I'm trying to hand-code the whole thing). This is my first ever web page using CSS and I'm really confused right now. I tried removing the margins and zeroing out the padding on the UL like you said in DW, and then when I uploaded it to my server and checked it, it looked okay in everything but IE7. I don't know where to go from here.
