Have just had quick look - no great time for detail. Site doesn't work in IE6 at all. The footer is about 20-300px in depth and the content overlaps this. This is usually a "clear" issue but I note that you have "clear:both" in your footer. As for menu, not even top line is showing in IE6. Best to sort that first and then try and add the slidey bit.
