Thanks for the suggestions Ray. I was able to mess around with the layout
yesterday and am starting to see why CSS is so useful.

As for the menus, it is a single level for all tabs. I created a rollover
image in photoshop. To answer your #2 question, I am not sure how to attack
it. Is one of those options better than the other?
