I agree. I browsed the site focusing on the flow from one page to the next, and became quickly conflicted as to how to proceed as the question list changed. I clicked on one question, read the answer, and then was conflicted as to whether I wanted to click "back" to the second question on the previous page, or use the navigation below. Would I ever see that original question again?, I wondered. I was trying to keep track of what questions I had read and where questions of interest were located earlier in my click path. That was disorienting until I figured out I could click "Questions" for a full list of questions. I do like the visual design. Crisp, clean. Lovely.
