#pagewrap and .nav need their widths converted from px to em. .nav elements
stretch all the way to the edge of the yellow and/or line wrap as default
text size grows beyond 16px. With larger displays, resolutions, windows and
default text, the vast expanse of whitespace surrounding #pagewrap
emphasizes the narrow .nav width constraint.

All caps in the .nav links create the illusion that the fonts used in them
are larger, in effect emphasizing them as compared to that in #text. I'd
either ditch the caps, or set the text size in them to CSS small.

I like the way the overall design fits the apparent purpose.
