Those nested unordered lists are full width and with a margin. IE6
expands columns to make space for the extra width, while better browsers
respect given column-width.
Simplest solution is of course to make IE6 imitate the better browsers,
by adding...
#left-side-content, #right-side-content {overflow-x: hidden;}
...which will prevent horizontal expansion in IE6, but you should do
something about the width of those lists too.
