No, not as far as I know. I guess you need a script (or whatever it is 
those guys that do this sort of thing use).
But, this is one way of setting something so it will "light-up" in 
IE/6.0 <http://www.chelseacreekstudio.com/ca/cssd/005.html>.
(although there are those who would consider this method an 
inappropriate role for CSS)
