Don, I think you are going the wrong way about it. Although it makes sence to think about that way - I did it myself, got the book, but it isn't very good, despite the title. I've found it much better to learn why browsers behave the way they do, and adjust the css accordingly. I have just finished reading two books which has helped me greatly.
