These are three alternatives methods you could use:
1/ In your IE toolbar, make this change: view>text size>smallest
2/ Or, add this to your CSS:
h1 { font-size: 22px; margin: 20px 0 0 10px; padding: 0; }
3/ Or, start the whole site from scratch.
