I wasn't expecting anything soon, just curious to know if it had
been considered for the draft. I struggle with sifting through the w3
specs sometimes because of the sheer volume so thanks for that first
link [1], answers the question very nicely. Plus I should have realised
if Mr Meyer suggested the rule names earlier in this thread then of
course its been considered. (I'm on a satellite delay to the rest of the
world :P )
I also like the sound of the background-repeat: space; rule where a
background image is only repeated as many times as the viewport can fit
it in without cropping it. I'm really looking forward to this spec being
implemented. =]
For the time being the way i do my block work at the moment means
that the situation where it would come in handy hasn't arisen yet but
i'm sure as my designs improve it will.
