Nothing new there then! Actually, I see that the background image doesn't appear in FF in either of your sites. May be best to write as background-image:, background:repeat; background-position etc. This seems to be a common complaint. You could try a clear:left in your logo div. I had similar problems recently (albeit in FF). I think also that there are more gltches in your css code than just the menu. Sorry but need to rush out to post some marketing letters.
