Greetings all!

Well, I have a few problems that I don't seem to be able to fix because I
don't understand why I'm getting these behaviors. I have a double float bundled
in a wrapper which is sized at 775px with an image background that's set to
left bottom no-repeat. The left sidebar is floated left and set to 31% while
the
right, content sidebar is set to auto with a margin of 31%. It all works until
I start resizing the text (all of which is set to ems with except in the body
element which is set to 85%.) These are the problems I'm having. Could
someone please tell me what it is that I've done incorrectly and/or why these
problems exit?

Problem 1 in Firefox 1.0 and IE6:
If I resize the text to medium in IE or several sizes larger in Firefox the
right sidebar overflows the contain div (colWrapper) and it seems to be
encroaching upon the left sidebar.

Problem II in IE 6:
If I resize the text to medium or larger the header and the clear (footer)
divs do not expand to 100%. I am totally at a loss at to why this is happening!
