You can set the image to be the background of the a tag. With your code,
that would look something like this:

position:absolute;
top:150px;
left:20px;
width:191px;
height:87px;
overflow:hidden;
text-indent:-200px;
background: url(/media/image/nh_logo2005.gif);
}
